June and July have been very busy months. We have really enjoyed the summer break from school. During the break, we took several exciting trips, including a day at Stone Mountain Park, and a trip to the Tennessee Aquarium. The expenses for these trips were provided by gifts from churches and friends. Thank you so much for your love for us!
During the summer, the children all started taking music lessons. Charity, our oldest, has been taking piano lessons, Faith is taking violin lessons, Hope has been learning the flute, and Ethan has been trying to learn a chord or two on the guitar.
Macedonia had their annual orientation in June. It was a blessing to fellowship with other missionary families and make some new friends. Monica and I were pinned during the pinning ceremony on Friday by our field directors, Bro. Jerry and Mrs. Dee Nye.
Hope, our youngest daughter, had her kindergarten graduation this year. The graduation was held at our home church, Light of Calvary Baptist, in Conyers, Georgia.
We were able to get new letterheads printed
at Macedonia to use for our newsletters. We hope you enjoy these as much as we do!
Our calendar for this year is almost full. We have three dates available between now and December. Please pray that our support level will continue to increase. We are still currently just above forty percent of our needed support.
We have been hearing good reports from the other missionaries on the field in Saint Lucia, and several have been saved recently. Please pray for the country of Saint Lucia, and for the need of the people: they can’t believe on whom they’ve not heard. Ask the Lord of the Harvest to send forth reapers so that they will have an opportunity to call out to the Savior.
In His Service,
